Article 1 General Provisions
Siremo Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya Dogenzaka Tokyu Building 2F-C, 1-10-8 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Yuki Kaneda; hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of users’ personal information and other data in the service "Aily" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines, and endeavors to protect users’ privacy.
Article 2 Information Collected
The Company collects the following information when users utilize the Service:

Account Registration Information
Email address, username, gender, date of birth, etc.

Service Usage History
Posted content, AI conversation logs, access history, etc.

Device identifiers, operating system, browser, communication environment, etc.

Cookies, advertising identifiers, etc.

Payment Information (for Paid Services)
Information related to subscriptions or other paid services
Article 3 Purpose of Use
The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and manage accounts for the Service
- To improve the Service, develop new features, and enhance quality
- To prevent unauthorized use and ensure security
- To respond to inquiries and provide support
- To deliver advertisements, promotions, and conduct marketing research
- To investigate violations of agreements or Terms and respond to legal obligations
- To exercise rights or fulfill obligations under applicable laws
Article 4 Special Provisions on AI-related Use
- Content input by users and output generated by AI shall, in principle, belong to the user.
- In addition to the purposes stated in the previous Article, the Company may use users’ input, posts, conversation logs, and AI outputs for machine learning, model training, quality improvement, safety enhancement, and research and development.
- At present, users cannot opt out of such use for learning or training purposes.
- Content jointly created through user posts and AI outputs shall be deemed joint works of the character creator and the user, and the Company may likewise use them for learning and research purposes.
Article 5 Advertisements and External Services
- The Company may display advertisements of the Company or third parties within the Service.
- The Company may use third-party services (such as Google Analytics) for analysis and ad distribution. In such cases, Cookies and advertising identifiers may be transmitted to such third parties.
Article 6 Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With the consent of the user
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain consent
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and obtaining consent is difficult
- When cooperating with national or local government institutions in carrying out affairs stipulated by law, and obtaining consent would impede execution
- When entrusting handling of information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use (the Company will supervise contractors appropriately)
Article 7 Retention and Deletion of Information
- Account registration information (email address, gender, account name, etc.) will be retained for three months after account deletion and then erased.
- Upon a user’s request, information will be deleted promptly within a reasonable scope.
- Conversation logs and posted data will be retained for the purposes of service provision, research and development, and learning, and will be deleted within a reasonable period once the purposes are achieved or the information is no longer needed.
Article 8 User Rights
Users may request the following regarding their personal information retained by the Company:
- Disclosure
- Correction, addition, or deletion
- Suspension of use or erasure
- Suspension of provision to third parties
Requests must be submitted through the method prescribed by the Company.
A handling fee of 1,000 yen per request may be charged for disclosure and related requests.
Article 9 Security Measures
The Company takes appropriate security measures such as access control, encryption, and audit logs to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, or damage to personal information.
Article 10 Amendments to the Policy
The Company may amend this Policy. In such cases, the Company will notify users in advance of the revised content and effective date, and apply it from the effective date.
Article 11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
